Let me tell you about the power of word of mouth and social media. Its honestly a lot of work to have a separate account for my photography page. Some days I feel like I’m on my phone all too much, posting, responding, engaging but I didn’t want to be one of those people who posted my clients on my personal page. (If you do that thats what works for you that just isn’t what I wanted for Captured by Christina). What I did want was something I was proud to showcase. I am not the top blogger, or poster or even consistent sometimes but I am always working behind the scenes getting clients beautiful galleries they hopefully will cherish for ever. Back to the power of this all though. I had a client family whom I took pictures for just a few weeks ago. By them posting in their stories and on their page simply tagging me…lead me to this family featured below. The power of word of mouth is something I will always strive for. It means my clients liked my work, they wanted to share it, they told people about it. I can’t say it enough but please please tag your photographers. You may think its something so small but to us it means so much.

So I want to say thank you to the Simmons family, without them I wouldn’t have been able to meet the McManus family. Well maybe I would have since our husbands all play on the same football team but I wouldn’t have got to capture these beautiful images for their family and for that, I am forever grateful.
